Complete Charity Walk/Run

I would like to complete a charity run or walk once my fitness level will allow it.

One event I have in mind is the Cardinals Care 6k and one mile fun run.  This event is per the website:

Themed around the greatest Cardinals ever, Hall of Famer, the late Stan “The Man” Musial, this 6K run is an exciting event for fans that honors Stan’s legacy, promotes health and fitness, and raises funds for Cardinals Care to help kids.

An event closer to home would be our local Relay for Life 5k or a World Run Day event.

Complete a Triathlon

I have been fascinated with triathlon races ever since I saw an Iron Man race on television back in the early 90s.

I don’t aspire to become a pro or run one of those extreme events, but I would like to complete some type of triathlon race once my fitness level will allow it.

Run a Marathon

Running a marathon is a pretty popular bucket list item and a common goal for people who are on a quest to improve their health and fitness.

I have always liked the idea of completing an epic competition like running a marathon.  Obviously, this item is dependent on first improving my physical condition and then training.
